History
First Alliance Bank is a locally owned, state-chartered commercial bank with a primary focus on small business banking and real estate lending. The bank opened in Cordova, Tennessee in the fall of 1999 with an innovative approach to building relationships with both businesses and individuals.
In September 2003 the Bank opened a second location in Uptown Memphis, and a third office opened in Oakland, Tennessee in April 2007. The Bank's fourth office opened in East Memphis in August 2008.

First Alliance Bancshares, Inc.
First Alliance Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Alliance Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company"), a one-bank holding company, owned by shareholders residing primarily in Tennessee and the Mid-South.
The Board of Directors and Senior Management of the Company are committed to fulfilling the requirements set forth in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 as amended by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Company has adopted an Excessive or Luxury Expenditures Policy to prohibit excessive or luxury expenditures. This policy applies to the employees and directors of the Company and First Alliance Bank, as provided in the applicable laws and regulations.
